Casa Romero offers a relaxing place to stay. Freixo has a population of a few hundred with the houses clustering along the sea shore. The village enjoys bars and restaurants with other local amenities in the next village. The area is not at all touristy with every one flocking to the towns of Noia and Muros. So it is the perfect get away destination.

Casa Romero is on a hillside with mountain walks through pine and eucalyptus forest on the door step. The beach is a short stroll approximately half a mile away. There is a coastal walk from Freixo to Brona which is purpose built so it is popular with all levels of fitness. Fresh bread and locally caught fish is delivered daily by local trade’s people.
